I can only say that the service was great. I couldn’t have asked for better. I had a big electrical problem that needed to be fixed…. bigger than expected. I didn’t know where to turn. I was assured that the problem could be fixed. It took three visits and they did a phenomenal job. I was blessed to have their help.

I reached out to Gabe at Blackbelt AC and Electrical with questions about having a home generator installed. I had already had another company come out and evaluate our home but I wanted another opinion. Gabe personally came out on his own time to accommodate my schedule and give me an honest opinion and estimate for the work. I cannot say enough good things about Gabe and his crew! They handled all of the necessary paperwork and kept me updated on the process. Once everything was approved through CPS, his crew came out and did an fantastic job of installing the generator and all of the necessary components. All of the crew were professional and personable. I highly recommend Gabe and his crew at Blackbelt AC and Electrical and look forward to using them for all of my AC and electrical needs in the future!

Blackbelt AC and Electrical was extremely responsive on a holiday weekend to address the AC not working, they came to the house communicated what the issue was and fixed the problem swiftly. I would absolutely recommend them as I will be calling them again when I have another issue.

Today was not my first encounter with Blackbelt AC but it was as pleasant as the few other encounters. Gabe is always professional and courteous with each time he has had to visit my home. My first encounter was after my house caught fire and he handled all of the HVAC and electrical repairs, he was always available when I had questions and didn’t hesitate to come make sure things were working correctly when my family and I moved back into the home. Today I had the pleasure of using his company again when the power wasn’t working in a bedroom he came right out and fixed it right away.
